The overwhelm is kind of a flashing emergency light on the car dashboard. It is hard to ignore, and in some ways that is helpful. It is good information. It is my body reminding me that this is something I need to be with in this moment. To be conscious of. To learn to work with so I can heal. I’m grateful for that.

Thankyou. Yes that sense of having an inner remote control in operation is really helpful too. I’d like a slow motion button on it too for when I go into fast forward with the stuck patterns!
