You can download my free books on trauma, mental health, and feelings as pdfs here. They contain my collected writing on these themes.
Note that the mental health and feelings books contain writing which is over a decade old now, while the trauma book was written during my own trauma journey over the last few years, as I explored my own experience and gradually learned about various different trauma perspectives. This project is definitely a work in progress for me, so these writings may not always represent either my own, or culturally, current thinking/practice on these topics. For my most recent thinking, check out my forthcoming books with Alex Iantaffi – How to Understand Your Relationships, and with Jules Scheele – Mental Health: A Graphic Guide.
